What happens when the bug occurs? Premier League TOTS (Duplicates in Guaranteed 92+ Player 5000 Point Packs).
What should be happening instead? Variety of players instead of duplicate TOTS Allison and Watkins
On Friday and Saturday, I opened the guaranteed Prem TOTS packs (2 on Friday and 2 on Saturday). On Friday, I got Watkins and Allison. Then on Saturday, I opened the 92+ Guaranteed Prem TOTS pack and got Allison and Watkins again. Then when I opened the 92+ pack again, I got Allison and Watkins. So in 4 paid packs, I got 3x duplicate Allison and Watkins as my highest and only Prem TOTS players.
With spending over $250 in points, I am frustrated at this result and in talking with the EA Web Chat, I was advised to post this but no one is saying if/how compensation would arrive.
Any help would be appreciated.
