I’ve noticed that others seem to have had rewards auto claimed for them, but my unclaimed rewards from last season did not auto claim and won’t allow me to redeem them either. Any ideas on what I can do? Had several packs that I now can’t access.

I wasn’t aware that the season was ending today and I forgot to claim several season progress rewards. How do I got about getting these rewards now? It does not allow me to claim them in Show Previous Season section. This is for EA FC 24 on Xbox One.

As season 3 expired i didnt manage to claim all the rewards as i thought it will auto claim as always did but in the end it seems that i lost those rewards. Thoughts?

Previous seasons rewards weren't autoclaimed like they have historically.

Have the same issue on PS5.
Happened on Ultimate Team.
LVL33 and LVL 35 Rewards not automatically claimed - attached photo.
Able to view previous season result's but unable to claim.
