Have the same issue on PS5.
Happened on Ultimate Team.
LVL33 and LVL 35 Rewards not automatically claimed - attached photo.
Able to view previous season result's but unable to claim.

Would like assistance since rewards are supposed be autoclaimed at end of season. Thanks.

A workaround exists. Requires being on new gen and going back to old gen.
If you are on PS5, download the PS4 version and log into Ultimate Team.
Once in, click on objectives and the auto-claim process may run one more time.
WARNING: YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO CHOOSE AND GET KELLY ICON and 85Pick.
Worked for me but there should be a better resolution.
I was wondering if that would work, thank you! Now I might just wait until Sunday like I had planned to do anyway but I can still open packs instead of sitting with those waiting 😂
