Pro clubs 5 star skills not working

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? From what it seems, only a small portion of EA FC24 players experience this bug, but I haven’t been able to use 5 star skill moves in ea fc 24 at all. The bug happens 100% of the time
What happens when the bug occurs? When I selectt 5 star skills and 5 star weak foot, it does not work in game.
What should be happening instead? 5 star skill moves and 5 star weak foot should work 100% of the time
In the first photo, you can see very clearly that on my created pro I have 5 star skill moves and 5 star weak foot selected, and on the 2nd photo you and also just as clearly see that my skill moves and weak foot are both at 3 stars. I’ve done nothing but backed out of the edit menu and tried to start playing. This happens 100% of the time and it’s bs. I should get a partial refund if the software I paid for isn’t working correctly or something right? I just want this fixed. This is my 3rd time making a post here
