Pro Clubs Bugs: Diversity Issue and Crashing

After being a fifa player for about 15 years it is unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review but this was a must. Both complaints/points of feedback/bugs are in pro clubs and are absurd. 

1) This one rises as most important. My name in Pro Clubs was Ed West with an English nationality. EA, please tell me why when I changed my nationality to Syrian, my name became Al-Hassan. EVEN WHEN I WENT BACK AND CHANGED TO ED WEST. Is it impossible for me to be named Ed West as a Syrian?! Not only am I of Syrian decent in real life, but also not everyone in Syria is named Al something. I am yet to be able to change my name back to Ed West even after reluctantly changing back to English Nationality.

2) as I said I’ve been a user for 15 years. I am well aware of the glitches that surface when the game first comes out. I am very appreciative of the engineers as well. But tell me why I am paying 90+ dollars to access the game 7 days early if my pro club games are going to disconnect in the 88th minute and I lose all my Xp. Why am I paying more to play a game that on multiple occasions is crashing without any repayments.
