Same issue here.
My team got a 20-0 record this month.
The calender shows all right, the website proclubhead.com shows all right, even the reward shows all right.
Just the record, staying 11-0 in Trophy Room, which should be 20-0.
I saved all record from proclubhead by image, that's all I can do for my teammates.
Hopefully EA could fix the issue, cus 20-0 is not easy to get.

@RedondoFernando Oh yeah, one more issue here. Skill points staying frozen as well. We got a 20-0-0 record yesterday, but the skill point didn't change a bit. Not everyday I could gether a good team like yesterday everytime.

Same issue exists for us. Playoff and new season matches are not counted. Im talking about missing playoff rewards and 12 wins. Please compenseate this and solve the issue asap

Same Problem here. We ended 15-5 in Elite Playoffs but rewarded with 500k Fans an some Volta Points... wtf?!
