Pro Clubs Play Off Games Not Counting

For the last 3 days, none of our wins did count on Pro Club. In fact, everytime we play, this message pops up at the end of the game.

In the calendar, the score and the victory both are written. However, no exp or fans are count, with 3 wins in the play-off, we left with 0 points.

We hope that our points and rewards will be given and the problem fix, we can't play properly in these conditions.
