After weeks of grinding through the divisions to reach the play-offs which EA has made the main focus of Clubs, it’s broken.
My team finished with 12 wins from 15 in Division 1 play offs and like every other team nomatter their wins, we finished ‘0th’ and were awarded the ‘participant’ rewards. What a waste of time.
Then the league matches since the playoffs don’t count as results so everybody is stuck in Division 5 with no rewards or incentives.
This would not happen on FUT because it earns you more money through buying EA points. However, Clubs was widely advertised by EA to lure people into the game and it’s part of the offer and for it to be broken for 6 weeks is a joke.
I’ve tried so many times to make a complaint and there doesn’t appear to be an official way of doing so, so receive this as an official complaint and one which is likely to be shared with the vast majority of people that play the Clubs game mode.
I expect some sort of compensation.
Brother same happened for me and my friend. We managed to win 15 out of 15 matches in div 3, but didn't get any rewards. Also when I go into the clubs trophies, it says that we won 15/15 of playoffs, but no trophy was given.... I really hope they sort it out soon and give us the rewards we earned.
