Pro Clubs Play Off Games Not Counting

We did not get any rewards from our season with pro-clubs. 
played 15 matches. 13 wins and 2 loses.

ISSUE SUMMARY
Pro club did not receive the correct rewards in Div 2 despite finishing in the top 700 on the Leaderboards

DESCRIPTION
Our pro club completed the 15 playoff matches and ended with a final record of 13 wins and 2 losses. This resulted in the team finishing the season in the top 700 places. This made the club eligible for a top 5% reward for Division 2 however the club was ranked "0th" and was given the rewards of a "Participant" which is the incorrect reward for the ranking the club achieved

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Get to the Playoff phase of a season
Play all 15 games and achieve a reasonably high placed finish
Observe that when the season officially ends the club does not get the correct rewards for where they were placed

EXPECTED RESULT
The club should get the correct rewards based on where they placed on the rankings/Leaderboards .

Any update to why this has happened and how it will be resolved?

Go to club and go to trophies, then you can see the record for the playoffs

Hey all, 

I can read when you play matches in Clubs, some games are not tracked in Playoffs. We reported your concerns to our Team so that they can investigate the issue.

I played 3 matches on pro clubs 2of them they were out..and one finished 5-2 and the wins didn't count for promotion..all the three games they got us out from clubs..an error occured..
