Pro clubs wrong playoffs division
We were in elite division and have now been placed in the playoffs for division 5, please help us getting changed back to the elite playoffs where we should be placed

Our club, Rudijevo mostvo (EU), played the season with a 74-3-8 record and qualified for the Elite Divison. But at the start of the playoffs we got put into 5th Divison with only 10 playoff games to play. Fix Your Game.
Just echoing that this has happened to a number of clubs, Elite Division until Playoffs started and then Div 5 they find themselves in.
Was this done for a reason? Is this an error? Need some communication.
Also on the subject of communication, the amount of games in playoffs in the various divisions has changed which I'm fine with. Just wish it came along side some nots on the change and why its been made etc.
