Proof of purchase issue
I have been asked to provide proof of purchase so that I can receive the EAFC points I’ve bought
the profile, transaction screens are all available.
But this particular purchase isn’t showing on the games and app service screen so obviously I can’t screenshot it.
I send EA the required pictures and state that this purchase is missing, despite proof I did purchase them through transaction history.
But they STILL require it so I can never recieve my points! It’s been 3 days now and as a regular customer this is absolutely ridiculous.
