Quick sell recovery not working

I accidentally quick sold my hero out the hero pack and I went to get him back but the companion app kicks me off the quick sell recovery when I try to get him if I lose my hero I won’t be happy 

im having the same issue cant recover my riise 

so if you find out what to do please let me know 🙂

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hello, To find the bug, you have to connect in the web app of EA FC 24. And go to section > club > quick sell.
What happens when the bug occurs? In my account, when you want to restore a card from the web app dated 10/29/23, a message appears saying "An error occurred while trying to load deleted items" that it is impossible to restore items from this date. For all other proposed dates, it works normally.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to see Robert Lewandoski's card in the elements.

I report a bug in the Web App. Impossible to restore Lewandowski's card from the section Club / Quick sell.

The bug appeared on 10/29/23 between 6pm and 9pm.

Change your date and time in your phone settings to New Zealand. Not sure why this works but it does

During quick sell recovery for only the 29th of October it states a message saying failed to load players, I have some high rated players I would like to get back 

I have the same issue...

I found a fix, set your phones timezone to New Zealand and then try again, if it’s not there then do the day after the date that you discarded your player (since it’s technically a different timezone)
