Ran into player I have banned on EA app

This group of people have 99 overall CPU and Player Ratings in EA 24 Clubs game mode and they had the same in Pro Clubs on Fifa 23. I have one of these players blocked because you literally cannot report people for hacking in Fifa games so I figured that would solve it. BLOCKING DOES NOT WORK I STILL PLAYED THEM!!!!!

In a game mode where your CPU and Created players rating cap out well below 99 I do not understand how EA is letting this get through. I have the player names and their club name but I'm sure this will never be answered. I guess its normal to EA to have players records be 180-4 and for them to score 400 goals in the 800 shots they have taken. A new year with the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. Don't waste your money. CHEATERS! One of the players even streams the game while cheating which is remarkable! He claims its a "visual glitch" even though its now been 2 separate games I have found them on and their gameplay behavior is clear as day showing them to be cheaters. Oh well not shocked EA has done nothing to help.
