random colors covering my screen

i have random colors covering all my screen whenever i load into the game and i tried almost everything to fix it even resetted my pc 4 5 time still same for detailed explanation yall can watch the file i put here.After choosing my saved account setting 1 it looks like its giving me black screen but when i change the game mode without seeing it just changes colors then starts showing random colors.And i hear the background sound so idk looks like graphics crashing but my pc is pretty average and im not playing on high settings.
