This issue is ongoing and EA are too lazy to sort it out. They can easily extend the expiry date for players to complete or refund coins/points but they don't care about their customers. Woeful customer service. I've sent 3 emails and opened 3 cases. Wrote on this page 4 times and nothing is even being looked that. Disgraceful company. Should be boycotted.
