@EA_Darko It would be better if you take action and fix the bug, we have been waiting 4 months. Also, the solution by the CM wasn’t a solution, it didn’t help in any shape or form. The only thing this did was to trick people that the bug was solved, while in truth it wasn’t. Thanks for replying though, I haven’t heard from you in a while.
Better fix your garbage game then talk to us like that. Shame on you darko!!!!!
If EA mark it as solved, then it is solved and the problem is in your tv, monitor, eyes or anything else, so dont argue! One of the threads regarding not working Online Seasons controls and team strenght filters is also marked as solved and it is absolutey not solved. Maybe both issues will be solved in EA FC 25, but the problem is, that many people wont buy it with this years experience.

@EA_Darko I read the guidelines. It says nowhere that a community manager is allowed to mark a topic as solved, even if it’s not, and us members, can’t under any circumstances mark the solution of the CM as “Not The Solution” to the bug.
You have falsely marked this topic as solved.
The sheer audacity of EA and its community managers to falsely claim this issues it resolved is astounding. It’s nothing but misleading, false, scandalous and criminal.
We as paying customers have been scammed, neglected and quite frankly bullied by EA and their managers.
You are an absolute disgrace and embarrassment to the gaming industry. Treating your players like this?
People are desperately asking for a simple * patch to fix the issue so the game is playable and you’ve gone and marked the issue as solved without fixing it.Tell us then how can we, in accordance to the EA rules, report the “solution” as false?, or is that something that simply cannot be done?

Hey folks,
While I unfortunately don't have any updates to share on the issue itself at this time and that frustration is absolutely understandable, a number of you have commented on the thread being marked with a solution incorrectly so I did want to shed a bit more light there.
We do not currently have a separate way to "pin" a particular post or message in a thread, however marking a post as the solution will cause it to appear on the front page of the thread.
This helps us make sure everyone can see the post and does not have to hunt through a 100+ page thread to try and find whether or not an EA CM has posted about the issue, or whether we're even aware it's going on.
This does not mean we consider the issue resolved. Whenever we mark a post as a solution for visibility purposes rather than because there's an actual solution, we'll always be sure to very clearly state that in the post itself as has been done in this case.
That post is the one that will be updated once we have any news to share as well, which helps give everyone a single page/post to check rather than having to read through multiple pages to see if there has been a recent update.
Its getting a bit heated here🙌 Which is logical, because the mods are trying to keep some order in the forums, but the frustration from the players is normal, we paid 60+ euros for a game, we cant play for four months already and there is absolutelly no sign that the dev team cares about some absolutely fundamental issues. There is a title update after title update and these issues are still not fixed, no word about them on Trello board, no word from EA on this forum, so what you guys expect us to react? To praise EA because they can fix adboards and haircuts?

As a human being, I'm sorry for you guys, but as a costumer -> worker relationship, you're just a disappointing and REALLY TERRIBLE worker. You don't deserver our respect in this topic.
It's crazy how they literally talk about anything except the bug
you cant understand us we paid a lot of many to play this game. Then what happened? we cant play since october, i dont trust anything from you CM's. You still say irrelevant things and scold my friends. All you have to do as responsible people is to ensure that this bug is fixed in the next update
I'm sure the team doesn't see as a bug. They probably see this as a the sun setting or rising and this occur the brightness and darkness on the pitch.
I very much appreciate some sort of explanation as to why the issue is marked as resolved. I don’t appreciate it took this much time to get some sort of explanation.
Clearly it’s a flawed system that you have, and it’s simply misleading the people and causing problems. However, it does not in any way justify the neglect of EA, devs and managers.
People as frustrated, angry and disappointed. We paid for a product that we simply cannot use. For 4 effin months we’ve been waiting for a simple bug fix, and we’re being ignored.In any line of work, ignoring your customers and their valid complaints for 4 effin months is horrendous.
For the life of me I am unable to understand how this bug is not fixed. It is a live service game, that’s progressively getting worse…
After all this time the bug isn’t even acknowledged..
Lads, we’re not going to see a fix for this bug, it’s not going to happen.
@EA_MakoI dont get it. You say that you have no updates on this issue (also on the matchmaking filters not working in Seasons), we have been reading this for weeks, for months. There is no way to get some info from the dev team? If you give them feedback, they cant talk, they cant write, they cant do anything to let you know in what state it is?
I would imagine that a converastion like this via email, phone, whatsapp, messenger isnt something totally futuristic and impossible in the year 2024:
EA mod to the dev team: Hey guys, we have a lot of frustrated players who would like to know how it is going with the contrast and matchmking bug, can you tell us some news?
Dev team to EA mod: Hi there, we are working on it and it should be solved in another title update. / Hi there, we dont know where the problem is so it will take some time, maybe days, maybe weeks, but we are working on it. / Hi there, these issues are no priority for us and we are not working on them.
Really this isnt possible? Okay, we all probably know that the last possible answer is probably right, but still, I personally would like to know it for sure to sell the game and have at least some money back since the only game mode I play is not working. Now Im keeping the game though I cant play it just because some (probably false) hope, that it will be fixed.

Radio silence for months then bang in with threatening behaviour, I mean seriously give your head a shake. At least the other guy had the sense to explain the supposed issue around the unmarking of solved (if it's true or not is another thing)

again for those who don't know you can download the mod here, you just need a tool called Fifa mod manager to apply it (just google for it):

To install you have to download Fifa mod manager from the below link, import the mod and apply to the game. It is important to add the command line "-dataPath FIFAModData" in the FC 24 link of EA app, in order to load the mod when you launch the game.
