@Dip010179 Only classic packs and stadium packs will be available in FC24 UT now. FC24 UT finished and FC25 UT will start from 20th Sep.

If you are looking for promo packs then it wont be available in FC24 UT. If you are missing any packs from My Packs section then you may contact EA help.
