@theredflame123 I think I figured it out actually, if you changed teams and were trying to save a team sheet you had saved from the previous team it crashes. Just delete it and remake it and it worked for me.

- @Bergmeisterboy it happened to me but I saw the other team sheet automatically transfer then it disappeared and no matter how many I make it crashes

no way to change the sheet in any way
please do a hot fix I was having this issue also. I think it's related to the tactical vision feature. I was able to fix it by going into the tactical vision/set coaching style and switching it to standard. When I first switched teams I skipped it and when I opened the menu it was set to _undefined or something. Before making any adjustments to the team sheet I also swapped the tactical vision setting back and forth BEFORE trying to save. Doesn't matter which tactical vision, just switch it to something other than what it is by default and then back seemed to fix my problem and now it no longer crashes.
- @EA_Blueberry It doesn't work, I tryed everything but, except for the preferred team sheet selected when I originally started the career, everytime a save is made the game crashes.
I play on a XboX Serie X and I just bought the game ☹️ - @EA_Blueberry I've found a temporary solution:
Basically you CANNOT start a new carreer with a team with more than one Team Sheet; anything that is not default is going to have the save bug we are discussing in this topic - @ScarfaceMak8888 Its not about “new career” people are having problem with their ongoing careers, my first season was fine, my second season is broken
So this is what I did and it worked for me. I had to make sure the new sheet had the same "tactical vision" as the one I chose to start with (or standard if you didn't chose one). You can also go to teamsheets you previously tried to create and change the "tactical vision" and it won't crash anymore

Im so tired of all the issues of fifa and now FC is worst, after buying the game every year for more than ten years I’m afraid this will be my last game, there was an update and now I can’t access my carrer mode and it just crashes, this is so frustrating
