If you have lost your coins, it could be due to two reasons. Firstly, your account might have been hacked, and your coins might have been removed by someone else.

In that case, you should be able to see some suspicious transactions on your account. 

Secondly, our Terms of Service team might have taken action after finding that you have broken the game rules. I'd recommend checking your email for any messages regarding the coin removal, as our TOS team always sends an email to confirm it. You can also follow this article to confirm that.

    @EA_Pulsar thanks.

    I've been banned and I don't know why, I cannot access to the email associated to my account, nor change it (the system crashes when I try to do so)

    I’ve just logged on and seen I only have 13,000 coins but before I had around 100,000 and I know they haven’t been taken of me by ea bc they haven’t emailed me and I can still sell tradable items so I haven’t been transfer banned

    So I’m guessing I’ve been hacked is there any way of me getting my coins back

    How do i get my coins back?? There is no way to just lose 4.2mill just like that for no valid reason!!!

    I bought 15 cherki I sold it for 7k, I don't care about supposed leaks I didn't sell coins, I just followed the market In other words, I can't sell 1 player according to the current price?

    I also had 330k coins last seen 4 hours ago. Now I have 20k and no email sent or law broken.

    Looks like my account was hacked- a player that I never owned got bought and sold from my account.

    Please help.
