Hello, @TheViperMB 

If you unlink your device account from your EA account and then link it to a different EA account, you will lose all your content and progress. The only way to get it back is to relink the device account to the original EA account.

  • ı linked it to the original EA account from th beginning but i lost my Ultimate Team. And EA is not helping me,they do not care!!!!!!!

  • i did 1 week ago they just send useless link which says same thing as you said everytime.NOONE HELPS

    We wouldn't delete your team. Either you have to manually delete it or you unlinked your account. Did either of these happen?

  • I did not delete my team. I linked my account to the EA account that i always use (which is my only account) opened the game and i see there is bronze cards on my team which was normally half icon team. But the name of the team and the creation date is the same. Also "EA HELP" tells me they can do nothing about it. Thats how EA appriciate their players? We pay money we give our time to your game and thats our reward? Why there is a thing called "EA HELP" if they can not help? May be you should change it to "HELP EA".

    There is a warning when unlinking your account that everything is lost. You need to link back to the original account to get your content and progress back.

  • I can not understand if you are not reading my replies or not. Please read cerafully: I bought the game from epic. I linked my epic account to the exact same (original and the only) ea account. My teams name and the creation date are the same but my players are gone.  There was icons and many speci̇al cards on my team whi̇ch I used nearly 300 hours to get. When I entered there were bronze cards and all my players are gone. So get me my team back! Your "Ea help" is not doi̇ng anythi̇ng!

    Unfortunately, we can't help through Answers HQ either. You'll need to contact an advisor again to have them investigate this further.

    I was just wondering whether you are using the same platform.  Is it PC, xbox, or playstation?  I am also a little confused that you said you were already playing EA FC 24 through EA Play, so why would you have to buy it?  Did you stop paying for EA Play? Also did you use the app with EA Play account and did you sign into that with same information and all your players are gone on the app.  Just trying to understand some maybe I or others can give you some more advice.

  • Yes i am using the same platform which is PC.

    So let me explain. First i used EA PLAY PRO to play EA FC 24. After 2-3 month in Türkiye the price of  the EA PLAY subscription change from 5 dollars to 20 dollars which is huge in Türkiye because of the high inflation. So i bought the game from EPIC games with sale. I linked my EA Account which i use to play EA FC 24 to my Epic account and opened the game. Everything was fine until i opened the ultimed team. The name of my team is correct , the creation date of team that shown is correct but all my players is gone there was just bronze players. And EA HELP just sending me useless links orjust say to wait.I have to play team of icons with bronze and useless gold cards now and there is still no help from EA Help.

    You can always try starting a chat with an advisor instead. We did not delete your team. You can lose your team if your account is unlinked though.
