Hello, i really hope you can help me

My EA ID is: bojuc

I purchased the game off CDKeys.com (the region was worldwide and the key was for standard edition).

I received the code as a gift from a friend, so I don't know when the game was purchased, but I redeemed the code first on Wednesday, October 4th.

The region/contry set for my account is Romania.

I have posted three screenshots which show what the app first told me, that was that the code was accepted and then not showing up in the Library, then when I tried to activate it again, it told me that this code was already redeemed. I also showed proof that the game is still not in my Library.

The Error Report ID is:

Hope this can be fixed, i really want to play EAFC 24.

@EA_LeonSK Why do you make fools of people who want to play FC24, bought the key from an external e-shop?

Your advice referring to the e-shop is just a cover for your unwillingness to admit a fault in your EA App or server infrastructure.

Did you read any of the 40 pages people wrote to you? Your advice doesn't match that.

I can see what games I own on the website and FC24 is there, but I can't see the game in the EA App library.

What can the e-shop do about it, the key was valid because otherwise the game would not have been activated.

Are you punishing people who didn't to spend 66 Euros, but only 46 Euros for your game?

I bought the game and I redeemed it and i wouldn't installed it and i paused the download and then it disappeared from my games and i cleared cache and restarted the app and it would come back so hopefully this is a way to solve the solution.
