Hi there, @K_Eri444 

Is this also happening on the companion app? Have you tried accessing the web app on a Chrome browser in incognito mode?

    Does not happen in the companion app, I've tried accessing the web app in multiple browser, and in incognito mode.

    I do not have another Laptop/PC to test it on.

    @K_Eri444 

    Do you have another device with a web browser on it? Also, have you tried switching between data and a wireless connection? It would also be good to power cycle your network equipment by unplugging your modem/router for 2 minutes and then plugging it back in again.

    I just tried to log in the web app with my phone, and the same thing happens, anyways, yes I have tried to switch between data and wireless connection, and tried turning off my router for a couple of minutes, but it simply did not work, anyways I spoke with one of the staff through live chat, and they told me this is an issue that's happening with a bunch of players, and he told me to make this.

    What other browsers did you try? Also, just to be sure, clear the cookies and cache.

    @K_Eri444 

    Here's something else you can try. Log in to your account at myaccount.ea.com. Check to see if login verification is turned on. If it's off, turn it on. If it's on, go to Security here -https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index?locale=en. Click "untrust" on the browsers. Then, logout and try and login again on the web app and give it another try.

    Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything. This is the only case I know of with this issue so it would be best to open a case with an advisor again.

    I don't see why that would cause the issue you're having. I'm not aware of any Transfer Market issues that are specific to purchasing FC 24 through Epic Games.

    To Remind You; this isn't a transfer market issue, I cannot access the web app at all, only the companion app.

    Sorry about that. Regardless, purchasing it from Epic Games shouldn't cause this.
