    @migos0912 

    If you're still running into this same error can we try setting a different DNS on your system to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen similar situations in the past, and using a different DNS can sometimes help.

    1. Right-click the bottom left windows icon (start menu).
    2. Select Network Connections.
    3. On the left you will find a tab Ethernet, here you will find an option Change adapter options.
    4. When you click on this a new window will open up showing your network card, right-click your network card and select properties.
    5. Scroll down till you find the option: Internet protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4).
    6. Highlight this by clicking on this once and click on Properties.
    7. Here you will find on the bottom the DNS settings.
    8. Select the Use the following DNS server addresses.
    9. Now fill in the DNS of Google:

    Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8

    Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4

    1. Click OK and close this window.

    I have seen my order is still in processing since 9th September how do I fix that
