Re: FC 24 account banned after lodge report on incorrect champions finals points bug

@Mesiar2000 I'm from the netherlands. I don't this it's restricted to a nation. I think we all had the 1 point bug in champs and now we are all banned for exploit/cheating... I made a chat earlier today and he created a ticket for me almost 11 hours ago. Still waiting to get unbanned ☹️

exactly that is the issue
in the live chat , operator mentioned it would take within 10 days to inform but this problem is global and not personal I guess.

i did the same. contacted live support (usual 10 days answer). im from germany.

Same happened to me, I got banned suddenly I'm from Argentina and play on PC so it seems it's global for pc and it's related with the bug happened with champions.
Most likely it will take a couple of days for EA to review the cases, I don't think they will solve it quickly as they should
