Not working dear, and now I got the Dxdiag file, how may I share it?

When you click on reply, there will be an option saying "Choose file" at the bottom right which will allow you to attach the file to your next post.

Summarize your bug Everytime I launch a game (EA FC 25 Play pro edition) it tells me that "the game has not been released yet", I've deleted and reinstalled the ea app, I've cleared cache, I've restarted my pc and the app several times, done a clean boot, I tried loggin out and loggin back in. Nothing worksHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the images I sent
What happens when the bug occurs? A message box saying the game has not been released yet

@MdieNstyle I see that you mentioned first that you had an error message saying "The game is already running", now the message changed to "The game has not been released yet"? As I've mentioned dear, the only solution to the mentioned issue "The game is already running" and it was "an update is required, please visit game hub to download" before, and when fixed another error happened "The game is already running" is: setting the date to 24.08.2024 after running the app and before running the games ... this particular solution is not working with EA FC 25, and when trying to operate normally it gives "the game has not been released yet" error
I've reached a temporary solution, will try it and update the thread for others with same issues
Solved for me by deleting all the old Origin files from the desk
try it if you have the same issue,
1- uninstall.2- manual delete all app data of EA app and Origin
3- reinstall
the games should repair and you're good to go

@MdieNstyle Thank you very much for the clarification and for sharing the steps to fix the problem! We appreciate that! Have fun! I’ve had this issue since installing the game. The only fix I have found that occasionally works is creating an entirely new windows profile. I’ve done every fix on these threads looking through 50+ pages of comments.. this is unreal
