@EA_Shepard I'm having this same problem but I'm on xbox. What do you suggest I do?

i had the same problem just now and I was reading through these comments and saw someone say it was a account based problem so I logged out of my account and it instantly went passed the grey screen then it gives you the option to log back into your account and it works again not sure if you have to do it every time you load the game
