Community Manager@VXIEclipse If it is account related, we would need to reach out to support. We cannot see account related issues here. However, if it is a profile issue, I would try the following and see if these change.
First, Let's try clearing out corrupted files. From the main in-game menu, navigate to Customize > Profile > Delete to bring up the game's file list. Delete all files except Online Pro-files, and Any files with Career or Journey in the name, These are Career or Journey Mode saves and will not be re-downloaded.
Navigate to customize>online settings> matching-making options> change the approximate matching-making location option.
@EA_Shepard I'm having this same problem but I'm on xbox. What do you suggest I do?
i had the same problem just now and I was reading through these comments and saw someone say it was a account based problem so I logged out of my account and it instantly went passed the grey screen then it gives you the option to log back into your account and it works again not sure if you have to do it every time you load the game
