I can't start a match in pro clubs mode

I can't start a match in pro clubs mode, whenever I go to the lobby and press start to search for other players, it goes correctly and other players join then when it found a match, it stops and tell...

This was also the case during the beta test phase. Such a same that despite people complaining about this issue that EA haven't attempted to fix this. I have tried 4times in the last 5mins to connect to a match and still nothing.
