If you mean the radar, go to game settings and visuals and if you scroll down you should see the setting to enable the radar on the bottom of the screen.
If you mean the player names on top of the arrow indicator, go to the same settings and play around the the player name bar / indicator setting.
Not sure what you mean in your question though.
After a player scores a goal, the player card will not be displayed on the football field lawn when the ball is kicked off again.
