Turns out there was an update which only rolled out on PC today, which means EA don't understand the first thing about their own product, as is tradition

Been having same issue the past hour.
Tried to join a friend's lobby on Ultimate Team Co-op and it says: "Failed to join because the session is already full or empty".
My friend is on PlayStation and I have the PC version. Issue seems to be with cross-play and it also happens on Pro Clubs.Same issue here, crazy that EA didn’t validate this before releasing the update. Hope for a quick fix, but knowing EA it won’t happen
