Hey @BadGusSsSs,

If you're still able to play FC 24, my guess is that you've been banned from the transfer market for breaking one of the EAS FC rules. You can quickly check that yourself by seeing if the transfer market is available to you. We're not actually able to look into bans here on the forums, so it's worth trying it out on your end.

If you'd like to raise a dispute to try to lift the ban, you can always reach out to our terms of service team via these steps. They'll be able to take a look at this for you.

    @EA_QueenBee I write i get transfer ban, how its u guess? But reason was Sanction? What Sanction i get? Why when i join web app i get message "Check your email for more info". When i check my email i didn't receive the letter from ea.

    Ah sorry, I didn't see that you mentioned it already. That's my bad. As for "What sanction did I get", that sanction would be referring to the transfer market ban.

    It's strange that you haven't received an email though. Have you checked your spam folder in case it got routed there instead?

    Ye i check spam box, no email. But Ea Support write my im unbanned like 3 hours ago, but still in my ban history i have status "Sanction" and still have problem with join transfer market. I dont know what to do, again write to support or what? Or how much i must wait?

    @BadGusSsSs same to me , first saying theat there is no sanction and second time we will not remove the sanction. its not ea help . it is ea unhelp

    I have also received the same ban today and i dont even know why? 🤣 is there any way to unban?

    I didn’t get banned but I was sanctioned and all my coins were taken away. Also, most importantly I didn’t do anything wrong. Just made a lot of coins selling Norway managers. How is that breaking the rules?

    Cannot delete the club as they have removed it. Deleted the game and now trying to delete this EA account forever.
