    @EA_Shepard hello! I have this issue on EA Sports FC24. I now realise I posted in the wrong section, apologies about that.

    @Kreeznana No worries. Going to swap you over to the right boards and get you some help on this one. See if the following help out with this one first and we will go from there!

    • Quit all running Apps (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USBs from the console then restart the Xbox and check for updates

    Persistent Storage

    • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
    • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage

    Alternate Mac:

    • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings
    • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
    • Select restart

    Let's try clearing out corrupted files. From the main in-game menu, navigate to Customize > Profile > Delete to bring up the game's file list. Delete all files except Online Pro-files, and Any files with Career or Journey in the name, These are Career or Journey Mode saves and will not be re-downloaded.

    Hi, I’m having this issue for any online game in FC24, for about the last 6 weeks.

    tried above steps, clearing everything, unplugging everything but still nothing works. Even tried being wireless and connected direct but makes no difference. Help!!

    What eventually really helped me solving this issue was changing the setting of my Xbox Series S from 4k to 1080. Doing so helped me getting rid of the stutter (although every now and then I still have some slight lag during the gameplay).

  • Thanks for the additional info. I’m on series X but not set to 4k, it’s already 1080p so can’t be that.

    used to be fine but suddenly started a few weeks ago. It’s got so bad, I can’t play weekend league because of it.
