Redeem COde for FC 24 issue

Listen up, everybody, concerning the issue of redeem code for FC 24 and not seen it in your library.

I have finaly managed to enter a live chat. Here are some answers I got: 

• There is a known issue and lots of players are unable to play the game due to the same issue

• Game team is aware of the issue and already investigating it to fix it as soon as possible. We will request you to wait for the fix from the game team.

• Yes, I saw on forums....

• One guy said on forum you fix it for him already...
• It's happening to palyers that purchaesd it from 3rd party retailers.

• EA has sent new codes to the retailers and some of them are giving new codes.

      • They are still working on to fix the issue. You can also contact your retailer to see if they can grant you new codes, EA has sent out the codes to the retailers again.
