REDEEM CODE WORKED BUT GAME IS NOT VISIBLE IN EA APP BECAUSE OF DOWNLOAD ERROR
I have entered redeem code for EA SPORTS FC24, it had a download error and i cancelled it. Now i can see the game as "my game" in help.ea.com page but it is not visible in EA app. I have already did app recovery , log out, log in, reload page or restart app maybe 5 times but i still can not see the game. When i try to use the same code with "redeem code" option, it says "this code has already been used.
In conclusion, i have the game but not in the EA app.
