Referee Bug

When there is a foul during the game, the game continues, as in the photo, the referee walks and we wait for the referee for 10-15 seconds. I did not have such a problem when I played on Playstation 5. Although we deleted and installed the game and the game's data, it did not fix it, we are playing from Xbox Series S.
