I was qualitifying for my champs final and was on my last game and I won it 6-5 and got anoth points to get my final token but it kicked me off the game and it counted as a loss so how could I get in touch with ea and sort this out

Well, i can't even go into my team fixtures in UT without being kicked out of the ea fc 26 server. And for some reason i get korean writing on a Norwegian base platform on ps5, so I have no clue on how to fix this sht.
