Resetting a Banned Name

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My account was recently suspended for one week due to my players in game name. Once the suspension was gone, I logged back in expecting to have to change my name. When I entered the clubs menu, it said that I will have to. It then says "We'll take you to the edit avatar page to confirm the change." But the game does not take me to the edit avatar page, it takes me to the find a match screen where I am not able to change my players name. I'm not able to go to the main menu of clubs either because the same pop up happens saying my name had to be reset and they'll take me to the edit avatar page.

What should be happening instead? I should be able to chnage my player's name.
