Save data and game reset to July?

I was playing Manager Career last night, and the night before, and the in-game date was 13 Sept 2025 (I have auto save on), but I've just tried to continue and the in-game date is now 26 July 2025. I don't know if it's linked in some way, but is the UEFA Euro 2024 still available to play? I was fairly certain it is no longer available, but it seems to be an option again. My memory could well be incorrect about the Euro tournament, but in my mind, it's as if the version I have has been reset to July… Any ideas?
