SBC "Failed to Submit Challenge"

I first noticed this problem with the "The Whole 9 Yards" in Hybrid Leagues and then with "Elite Eight" in Hybrid Nations. I fill out the SBC, meeting all the requirements and try to submit and then I get kicked out of Ultimate Team. I'm able to log right back in, but I can't submit the SBC. I've tried submitting on the web app, but when I do I get "failed to submit challenge" and nothing happens. Now I am having the same problem with the "Centurions Crafting Upgrade" SBC. I was able to complete this 28 times on console but when I went back to recycle and keep going, the SBC started kicking me out of ultimate team on console and then letting me log back in. I then went over to the web app and I'm now getting the same "failed to submit challenge". I'm able to complete other SBCs so I am truly lost as to what the actual problem is, please help.
