SBC ISSUE AND QUICK SELL ISSUE 84+ RTTK or Trailblazers upgrade

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have now done the 84+ RTTK or trailblazers sbc 3 times and each time it gives me the same players 88 Acuna rttk. it simply doesnt make sense how out of everyone available i keep getting the same player. to get it to happen again just complete the sbc on my account and you will see
What happens when the bug occurs? the same player keeps getting packed out of all the options, it has happened 3 times now.
What should be happening instead? non repeatable players
I am having two issues resolved within Ultimate Team. I tried making a case with EA, but it seems like there's no way to get in touch with them.
First, my quick sell is not working on a certain day, and it didn't allow me to recover players I quick-sold on a specific day and would kick me out of the quick sell recovery and say error. I have now lost my player due to this.
Secondly, there is an issue with the 84+ RTTK or Trailblazers upgrade SBC. I have now completed this SBC three times or four times; I can't remember how many times it was available and I have packed every single time I pack from this SBC RTTK Acuna. The chances of this happening three times from the same pack are unprecedented, and shows there is a bug with this pack. I need someone to help me with this; it just doesn't make sense.
