Sbcs

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24

Which part of the mode? Squad Building Challenges
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 21/08/24
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:00
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When trying to complete an sbc or the app or on my xbox, it says there is a problem connecting to the ea servers. On the web app it say failed to complete challenge.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get sent back to the menu
What should be happening instead? my sbcs will go through and complete instead of kicking me out.

When on either the app or my xbox it will not let me complete an sbc it will kick me out into the menu or on the companion it says failed to complete challenge. On my console it says There was an error connecting to the ea servers.

    Apologies for the late response. This is the same issue I mentioned. There is a temporary lock with completing SBCs when you'd submitted a high amount of them over a short time. It will release within 24 hours.

    Hi there, @ChAR7853 

    Did you happen to complete a lot of SBCs in a short amount of time? If so, just let some time pass and they should work again. This may take up to 24 hours. You also can try using the web/companion app for submitting them instead.

    Sorry I am not having trouble with player sbcs but am with 84 times 10s and 85 times tens is there anything you could do to fix that as you work for Ea or do i need to call someone who can walk me through the steps so I can actually complete an sbc. Thanks
