Screen freeze with red flags

My screen freezes every time. The game just freezes every 2-3 games that I play. My menu in game is getting al those red flags. I need to restart every 2-3 games my game.. how is this possible? Please EA fix it or give me a refund of the game and take it. I can not play the game..
