Season 3 Frostbite Player Picks Rewards missing and not Auto-Claimed

@QuyWesley I had the same issue via PS4 but had only claimed 4 items in total. The remainder were unclaimed. In fact if I select ‘Show Previous Season’ then all my unclaimed items are shown but still cannot claim them. EA24 clearly says unclaimed items will be autoclaimed at the end of the season. This needs to be rectified as it represents hours of wasted effort, for many loyal players, progressing the objectives in good faith.
