Season Progress Error (FC24)

Question

I came across an issue/ error yesterday after completing my FUT champions matches. Upon completing my champions games I received my Xp, however, the game showed my season progress to be fully completed; which I had only reached level 24 at the time. When I redeemed one of the available options, the remaining, un redeemed rewards, were ticked off. I am now unable to claim the 87x3, the final snowflake badge, the 83x10, the 82x1(x2) and further rewards. Would this be able to be looking into as this is a lot of rewards I am now unable to obtain.&nbsp;

Pa4&nbsp;Account is Hamza_Eissa99Tuesday 13/12/2023 after update to dynastic daily update&nbsp;I received level 15 prizes 20 × 83,then it glitched and complete the season&nbsp;

What platform do you play on?
What is the name of the account that you play on?
When did you first notice this? (Date/Time)
