Seasons (Head to Head) Wins Not Counting from Opponent Disconnecting

Which mode has this happened in? Seasons (Head to Head)
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play seasons matches and at times when an opponent quits while you are winning (disconnecting from match without pausing to menu), the match will not count and the winning player who didn't quit doesn't get the win (3 points).
What happens when the bug occurs? Game does not count and winning player does not get three points from quitting player (disconnecting from match without pausing to menu).
What should be happening instead? Winning player who didn't get quit should get 3 points.

I have encountered a lot of "rage quit" games lately where the game wouldn’t count after my opponent "rage quits" (disconnecting from the game completely without pausing to the menu) while I am winning. I’m wondering it is just bad servers or my opponent doing some type of glitch.

    same in co-op seasons. It happened 2 times in 4 quits last night. Very frustrating. It's bad enough EA doesn't ever update this game mode (or allow for co-op tournaments), but not even fixing or acknowledging this bug that has been around for years is very frustrating.

    August now and can't believe they haven't fixed this yet. Happened 3 times in the last 5 games I've played!!

    FC25 is open for preordering already. However, I bet that this issue and this thread will not be closed .....

    This has happened for the last few titles with just like most other issues with the game, it's been the most egregious this year.

    I honestly doubt it's a glitch anymore, it's a way to keep you from doing too well. 100% of games played straight after this "glitch" YOU WILL ALWAYS LOSE

    This game is as rigged as an 18 wheeler.

    This just happened to me in Seasons. FC25, PS4.

    The user disconnected right after I've scored 5-4 for me, I've noticed when looking at the players (In PS4) the user was empty. Immediately looked at my record and my win wasn't counted.

    I assume the loss wasn't counted on my opponent's side.
