Shambolic defending and too easy attacking

The defending is impossible in fc 24. The Ai players can get past my fastest defender with one long dribble and just score shooting mechanics is op as well  .

On the other hand, attacking is  too easy you can dribble past the whole opposition defence and score .

All my matcges are  getting a scoreline of 7-7
