Share Playtime Usage Data setting always turned off after game restart

Dear EA,

I have huge problem with Playtime feature. Each time I start the game Share Playtime Usage Data box is unchecked even when I allways switch it on. The Playtime stats reset after each login to the game!

When I switch it on again and play the game, my Playtime stats reset and the cycle repeats. Yesterday I have played 10 matches, many more matches this week and those are the stats presented to me in the Companion Web App (0 matches played, should be more than 10).

I believe this issue relates to locked Transfer Martket in Companion App. I read many articles, forums and even EA Support threads and noticed many players gained access to Transfer Market in Companion App after turrning on this Share Playtime setting. It is impossible to turn it on for many players (read the internet) including me, the game does not track our Playtime. The result is our FUT Active days (3 matches) are not tracked and we never gain access to Transfer Market in the App.

Please, don't answer with: "You need to play the game/ Validate integrity of game files/ Restart your PC". I have 100 hours on it and still no access. I believe Transfer Market issue is related to this Playtime bug and I kindly ask you to forward this bug to someone responsible for analysis (developers, testers, anyone). Many players face the same issue and are unable to track their Playtime.
