Skill stars bug in pro clubs

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I upgraded to have 5 star skills, my character bugs and still shows that I have only 3 star skills and won’t let me use 5 star skills in the game
What happens when the bug occurs? It only allows me to use 3 star skills
What should be happening instead? I should be able to use 5 star skills

As seen in the photos you can see the issue as stated. I have tried resetting my character and re-adding the skill points but it still has the same issue.
