I’ve been soft banned on EA fc and one of the advisors just says it’s an issue with the game why lie I haven’t been able to play my game now for the last 12 hours it’s a joke tbf I normally stop play...

i think im soft banned too, but my problem is that while im playing a match, if the other players quits while im winning it gives me a message that says "we are analyzing the match results..." and wont give me the win. Im so frustrated.

It still gives you the win that happens to me but I level up on div rivals
