I keep getting soft banned on the EAFC 24 companion app. Apparently I’m “submitting too many sbcs.” I find this absurd. They allow an infinite amount of sbcs that are ultimately infinitely repeatable and still believe that I am a bot. It’s pretty frustrating. I like to grind sbcs at work during my breaks and downtime.

If that happens again, I recommend you continue your SBC on the console. If you can't, just wait a few hours and try again.

i got banned for doing 200 81+ player picks(wich are infinite repeatable btw) and it has been 4 hoers and i havent gotten the softban lifted

@BlackJesus0824 Happens to me almost every other day. I don't even bother grinding player picks anymore because I’ll just get soft banned. I don't know why EA cant fix this simple issue that so many people have been complaining about for so long…

ea please unsoftban me from this all i want to do is make content on your game by doing as many sbcs as possible and of course i have been softbanned for over 10 hours now please help all i want to do is sbcs

If you guys close companion app and web app. Load up old gen play a game(squad battles,rivals,champs,etc), then do the same on the next gen version. So one game one each generation and your soft ban will be lifted. Only work around I know of for rn. Since this dawg company won’t fix it they’ll probably patch this too.

I have the same problem, I don't know why they don't limit the number of sbcs per day. I've been playing a clicker game in the browser for over 20 years, I'm always among the top 20 in the world in this game, doing sbs for me on the PC is a very easy thing, I'm capable of doing many per day and that's why I'm slightly banned .

I will happily abandon this game as soon as anything else comes out. The company gives you what it wants without any sense of justice or responsibility towards the consumer. Enough of experiencing disrespect like that.
